Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009Read the story I authored in the July 2009 Heights Observer entitled “Think Regional: A resurgent University Circle is good for the Heights.” The article notes that University Circle, Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights share mutual interests and are the antidote to out-migration and sprawl.
